
I believe that the best way to drop that somethin-somethin' is to just burn all your carbs, through EXERCISE! Do at least an hour a day and you'll see an instant differance. Also instead of going through the drive thru, start preparing "Soup in a Cup" from Lipton, great for people on the go and tastes yummy :)
Okay, honestly, i agree with this so much, people seem to talk about it and talk about--losing weight i mean--and they still dont work out/run. They still eat pure carbs and bad fats.
